Preparing for a Reading
What is a "Reading" and what can I expect?
A 'reading' is precisely that. Sarah 'reads' the energy that is you. We all have an 'aura' or 'energy field' and we all give off 'vibrations'. Sarah has the ability to 'read' these and, with the help of her guides and those of the client she is able to speak with you about your past, present and also future path.
It must be stressed that each persons reading is unique to them and not all readings follow the same direction. All information is kept strictly confidential both before during and after your session. You will be given a cd recording in order that you miss nothing.
As soon as you have booked your reading it is recommended that you make notes about matters of interest and also write down specific questions you would like answered. Sarah does not look at this list at any time, it is purely for your own reference and to make sure that you gain the maximum benefit from your time with Sarah.
